How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to Nova Poshta the next working day after the order is confirmed. After that it is up to the carrier — usually 1–3 days within Ukraine.

Can I pay on collection?

Yes. Choose “cash on delivery” and you pay at the branch when you pick the parcel up.

How much is delivery?

At Nova Poshta's rates; it depends on the city and the weight, and is paid by the recipient on collection.

How should I store the oil?

Somewhere cool and dark, away from sunlight and the hob, tightly closed. Best used within 18 months of bottling.

Can I fry with it?

You can, but the oil is at its best raw — a few drops over a finished plate. Strong heat costs you the aroma.

Can I return an order?

Yes, if the goods are of inadequate quality: a damaged bottle, broken packaging, or contents that do not match the description. Write to us within 14 days of delivery and attach photographs of the bottle and the packaging — we will replace it or refund you, and we cover the postage.

Oil of adequate quality cannot be returned or exchanged: it is a foodstuff, and it falls under the list of adequate-quality goods approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. See the Terms for detail.
