Terms & Conditions (public offer)

1. General

The seller is Sokhan Sofiia Volodymyrivna, a registered sole trader (ФОП), tax number 3875004567, registered at 3 Osvitska St, apt. 61, Lviv 79012, Ukraine. State register entry no. 2011600000000094099 of 13 August 2026.

Placing an order means you have read, understood and fully accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not order.

2. The goods

We sell our own extra virgin olive oil, imported from Montelibretti, Italy.

Photographs are illustrative. The description, volume and composition are given on each product page and on the label.

3. Prices

All prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia. The price is fixed when you place the order — a later change on the site does not affect it.

Delivery is not included and is paid separately at the carrier's rates.

4. Placing an order

An order is accepted once placed on the site. We will contact you to confirm it.

We may decline to confirm an order if the goods are unavailable or the contact details given do not allow us to reach you. Any money paid is refunded in full.

5. Payment

• ·cash on delivery — you pay at the carrier's branch when collecting;
• ·by card online via LiqPay;
• ·via monobank.

Online payment happens on the payment provider's side. We do not receive your card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is by Nova Poshta anywhere in Ukraine — to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier.

Delivery cost follows the carrier's rates and is paid by the recipient unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery times depend on the carrier. We are responsible for handing the parcel over on time, not for delays on their side.

7. Promo codes

A promo discount applies once per customer, identified by phone number.

Codes do not stack, and do not apply to delivery.

8. Returns

Goods of inadequate quality — damaged packaging, broken seal, not as described — will be replaced or refunded. Tell us within 14 days of receipt and send photographs; we cover the return postage in that case.

Food products of adequate quality cannot be exchanged or returned, under the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This is the standard restriction for foodstuffs and does not limit your rights regarding goods of inadequate quality.

If a parcel is not collected and comes back to us, we may deduct the actual postage both ways.

9. Storage

Keep the oil in a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat, tightly closed. The best-before date is on the label.

10. Liability

We are responsible for the quality of the goods and for their matching the description.

We are not responsible for the consequences of use contrary to the stated storage conditions, for the carrier's actions, or for force majeure.

11. Personal data

How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Disputes

We would rather settle anything by talking — write to us first. Failing that, disputes are resolved under the law of Ukraine.
