Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. Written in plain language — if anything is unclear, write to us.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Sokhan Sofiia Volodymyrivna, a registered sole trader (ФОП), tax number 3875004567, registered at 3 Osvitska St, apt. 61, Lviv 79012, Ukraine ("we", "the shop").

For anything concerning your data, write to aziendavollera1913@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

You give us this yourself when placing an order:

If you write to us through the "Leave a complaint" form:

  • ·first and last name;
  • ·phone number;
  • ·Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — to notify our staff of a new order or message. The notification carries your name, phone, city and branch, and your comment. We use Telegram only to alert staff, never for marketing;
  • ·email — optional;
  • ·Nova Poshta city and branch, or a courier address;
  • ·a comment on the order, if you left one;
  • ·the recipient's name and phone, if somebody else collects the parcel.
  • ·the name you gave;
  • ·a phone number or email for our reply;
  • ·the text of your message, and an order number if you added one.

Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookies (section 7).

Derived from your activity: your order history and the promo codes you used.

3. A customer record without registration

We do not ask you to register. But after your first order we create a customer record keyed to your phone number. Later orders from the same number join it.

We do this so that:

  • ·you do not retype the same delivery details every time;
  • ·the rule “one promo discount per customer” can be applied correctly;
  • ·the partner who introduced you can be paid.

This means we hold your contact details and purchase history even though you never created an account. You can ask us to delete that record — see section 6.

4. Partner programme and referral links

We work with partners — bloggers, restaurants and others — who recommend our oil.

If you arrive through a partner's link, your browser stores a technical cookie with that partner's identifier for 90 days. It contains none of your personal data.

If you then place an order, your customer record is attributed to that partner for a set period, and they earn a percentage of your orders.

Partners do NOT see your contact details. They only see anonymised totals: order counts and their own earnings.

5. Why, and on what basis

  • ·Performance of a contract — to accept, pack, ship and discuss your order.
  • ·Legal obligation — accounting and tax records.
  • ·Legitimate interest — protection against abuse, basic sales analytics, settling with partners.
  • ·Consent — if you separately opt in to news (we send none today).

6. Your rights

Under Ukrainian data protection law, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may:

  • ·know what data we hold and receive a copy;
  • ·correct inaccurate data;
  • ·ask for deletion;
  • ·restrict or object to processing;
  • ·withdraw consent where processing relies on it;
  • ·complain to the supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, write to info@aziendavollera1913.com. We reply within 30 days.

Note that data on completed orders must be retained for accounting purposes even after a deletion request — we delete everything not covered by that obligation.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with those without whom the order cannot happen:

  • ·Nova Poshta — name, phone, city and branch or address, to deliver the parcel;
  • ·LiqPay (PrivatBank) and Monobank — for online payment. Your card details are entered on their side; we never see or store them;
  • ·hosting and database providers (Vercel Inc., Supabase Inc.) as technical processors;
  • ·state authorities, on a lawful request.

8. Cookies and local storage

  • ·Technical cookies — interface language and the administrator session. The site does not work without them.
  • ·Referral cookie — a partner identifier, 90 days (section 4).
  • ·Google Analytics cookies — anonymous statistics: how many people visit, where from, and which pages and products they look at. Your name and phone number are not part of it. The data is processed by Google LLC. Analytics does not run in the admin area or the partner cabinet; you can switch it off with a script blocker or Google's own Analytics Opt-out add-on.
  • ·Browser local storage — your cart and the details that prefill the delivery form. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you place an order. Clear it in your browser settings.

9. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the period the law requires for accounting records. Your customer record and history are kept for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them.

10. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. The administrative area is password-protected and limited to authorised people. We never receive or store payment card details in any form.

11. Age of the buyer

Olive oil carries no age restriction, so we do not verify buyers' ages or ask for a date of birth. An order should be placed by someone legally able to enter into such a contract; for a minor, that is a parent or guardian.

We do not direct advertising at children and do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we hold your child's data, write to info@aziendavollera1913.com and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at this address, with the date of update at the top.
